The warpage you see may be due to the position of the differential. This is caused because the new transmission and drive shaft are a different developed length from the length of your old 4 speed and your old drive shaft. To correct the warpage you should reposition the differential either forward or backward to get the Guibo to be flat. You will need to loosen the bolts holding the differential to the rear carrier, move the differential with a suitable tool (crow bar will work), and then retighten the bolts. The carrier has slots for the bolts to allow this adjustment.
