Same for M20 transmissions. You need a thin wall deep socket. I got mine from BMW for about $22, and it's a nice Hazet brand socket pn: 88 88 6 231 210.

It's 30mm on the 245/5 for the m10 4 cyl, but I can't say for sure about for the m20.


This is on the 245 5 speed sports transmission fitted to the m20 six cyl. engine.

Need to buy a thin walled socket to remove, but don't know what size to buy ...
