The mounting scheme is much different. On the 02, the diff bolts to a flat extension on the subframe; on the e30 this is not true. Plus the upper mount, where the diff bolts to the body, is much different on the e30. You would need to do a bunch of fabrication, and then the 325 gearing will be very low-ratio ("higher" gears) because of the 6-banger vs. 4-banger torque differences.

Will or can the LSD off the 325 fit an 02, What is involved.
As I know a guy who is doing his best to kill his car and Im just waiting for those juicy parts!!
