Because I blew up my stock one and the PO had already cut the hole for the 320i radiator. I figure If I'm gonna buy a new one, I may as well go for the bigger 320 one that will fit in the hole without using zip-ties (like the 02 rad. was using).

If your engine is in good tune and cooling system is clean you should have no problem with the standard 02 radiator....IMHO these "320 swaps" are a waste of time. I have driven my '72 hard in Death Valley in mid July with stock radiator, needle right where it should be the whole time- 1/8 from the red zone.
