If you want a brand new AC, contact 2002AD. It's isn't cheap ($1500). Otherwise, find a used Behr and get a new rotary compressor.

www.bimmers.com/02 has a good description on the 5 speed conversion. Also Peter Siposs has a great website on his conversion of a automatic '02 to a 5 speed. Lastly, www.2002parts.com has a complete kit for the conversion.
