project is coming along too slowly! the shop down in seattle is sure taking their time. that stupid transit strike is killing me too. i've been borowing my dads 75 530i for a week to get myself to work (Paris Orthotics) but he's goin back to work soon so ima have to take a bike. its about 10k to work all downhill...the way back is just hell.
anyway...i think it might get a bit hot under the stereo in the console, and the the harness is about an inch thick, so extending it might be a bitch. i have about a foot and a half of harness from the firewall to play with.
i hope i can get it ready before 02 fest northwest! i dont have any decent pics of it yet. just miscalaneous pics of parts and stuff...

feel free to ask me about what problems ive encountered with the conversion and how many freakin delays to expect.

What about extending the wiring harness, then mounting out of the way under the rear seat? Or, what about under your stereo in the center console?

How is the project coming?? I live in Victoria, and will be doing the m20 conversion sometime soon; I wouldn't mind seeing what yours is like. Perhaps next time i am in Vancouver, i could stop by???
