I'm not by my car to answer this question I have for you. Does that fuse control any other items on the car? If not start at one end of the wiring for the light. Always start with the easiest thing-remove the bulb. Does it hold then? If not-remove the leads from the switch behind the booster. Does it hold then? It's really a process of elimination starting at one end. Usually a short is brought on by something like recent work to the car or lots of rain. If that's the case check that area for breaks in the wire or moisture in areas that pool,i.e. housings.
