Removing front grills (archive)

I'm having trouble removing my left and right grills on my 74tii. I removed the four screws on each side, but they seem to be held in place now by the center kindney grill and the outer bottom corners of the nose panel. I can't quit figure out how to remove the kindney grill. Please help...thanks.
