Seriously, Bob. There have been numerous writeups on this stuff. Some kinda miracle rust stopper hardcore stuff. One guy even talked about putting his car on four jackstands, wirebrushing the entire bottom of his car, and then POR-15 ing it. They have a website "POR-15.com" I believe. It's a little costly, but from what some of these people say about it, it's the cat's a$$.
