some guibos come with a steel band. Don't remove it until after installation. Helps with alignment.
guibos also have either 6 or, 8 holes (right?)
Some early drive trains use 3 guibos (the rearmost two can be swapped out for the 320 guibos) orient the guibo so the thicker part between the adjacent holes is taking compression during axial loading (when accelerating). Or, If you're doing this with your eyes open, then look on the side of the guibo for direction arrows - this trick also works when it's daytime or, you aren't located in Calif.
