Once the issue of alignment is taken care of.. consider also r/r ctr. bearing and rear tranny mounts. good time to check out/replace a leaky rear tranny seal and shift linkage as well as front diff seal. Oops, you may also want to look into greasing up your speedo cable or replacing it while under thar as well.

some guibos come with a steel band. Don't remove it until after installation. Helps with alignment.

guibos also have either 6 or, 8 holes (right?)

Some early drive trains use 3 guibos (the rearmost two can be swapped out for the 320 guibos) orient the guibo so the thicker part between the adjacent holes is taking compression during axial loading (when accelerating). Or, If you're doing this with your eyes open, then look on the side of the guibo for direction arrows - this trick also works when it's daytime or, you aren't located in Calif.

you earn more points though, if done by feel...

have fun,
Hope this Helps,
John McA
