Race car spring rate? (more) (archive)

On a ITB race car (not a street/track, full race) what front and rear spring rates are people running? What size/type sway bars? If your sway bars are adjustable, where is your seting?

I run 2.2"x 450 lb coil over front with a 1" tubular sway full soft front and 450 NASCAR style springs with a 7/8" solid rear bar very full hard (it has 3 holes and I made a shackle that sits 1.5" to the harder side)

I am thinking of going 50 lbs heaver springs in the rear to allow me to stiffen the front bar and soften the rear.
