Because for the money they charge they are crap!

The design is rock solid but the craftsmanship leaves something to be desired. The mounting plates are torch cut and are quite rough. A plasma cutter or water jet is a much nicer cut. The welds are sloppy. Another list member (who is a journeyman welder) are desinging and manufacturing our own.
