My 75 2002 wont' keep running unless I keep the key turned all the way to keep the starter engaged. Any ideas? New plug wires and cap. Will replace plugs, condenser, points and rotor tomorrow. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.


You may have a broken resistor in the coil circuit. The ceramic thing mounted on the firewall.
