For safety reasons, you should get longer lug bolts. Since the lug bolts are also used on the E30, you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a set for the front wheel.

The alternative is to find a set of longer wheel studs. They are readily available here in the US at racing parts houses like Ireland Engr.

You really need the larger master cylinder since the larger calipers require that more brake fluid be pumped per stroke than the stock master cylinder. For short term, you can probably get by, but your brakes may not develop enough force for an emergency "throw the anchor out" type braking.
