Thanks for braking that down for me. i would calculate you have some SERIOUS Spark on the plugs. what type of coil and plug wire are you using if you don't mind me asking. thanks

PS I have 000 welding cable in my instalation.


Pertronic points. MSD 6A, MSD Blaster 2 coil, Magnecore KV85 plug wires. Running into a 9.5-1 compression 292 cam ph44's. Nice ignition but other than the pertronic points the rest is not needed for 9.5 CR. If I was up at 10+CR then the extra umph would be in order.

After I up and running I have 13.5 volts to my ignition like everybody else even with the ample cable to my battery.
