i replaced mine while my rear subrame was lowered.
i think that is the only way to do it. they are held in to the subframe by two bolts. and one bolt holds it to the body.

the are available from most of the usual places. i got mine from maximilians. they are about $30 each you can also get urethane inserts to stiffen them up or get solid mounts from Ireland Engineering for $85 a pair.
