you definately want to drop the subframe when you do it. You don't need to move it very far, just use a good jack under the diff. As for urethane inserts and all that stuff I can tell you that new mounts hold the subframe pretty well with 150 hp or less.

Well it looks like I gotta replace both of em. Is there any wisdom out there regarding removal and instalation? Prices on new ones? Who's got em? Thanks once again.
