I'd stick with the Tii motor. Most people shy away from a car with a motor transplant in it so I would think the resale would be more difficult. Just my opinion though.

Personally I too would want the M20 six.

'68 project - no M20, no Tii. Once done it will be just a plain old 2002 with 10:1, 304 cam, dual 45's, and much much more...
