There are plenty of other cars you can use (I understand the irony of the 2002) that don't hold intrinsic value to enthusiasts. There aren't that many 2002s left, why ruin one for a questionably funny prank that 95% of people won't get?

Sorry for being an ass, but I hate seeing a classic ruined for no good reason.

Hello, my name is Jake Wachman and I am a senior at a high school in Massachusetts. My class has already decided upon a senior prank; even though it is September, we need to get started on it before the supply of BMW 2002's dries up.

Our plan is to buy a 2002, gut it, cut it in half, roll it into our school's cafeteria, and then weld it back together. We have the welders, the car experts, and the spray paint needed to accomplish the task. All we need now is a 2002.

I was wondering if any of you know of a wrecked 2002. Even a shell of a 2002 would do, just as long as you could tell it was a BMW 2002.
