Might be a sticky caliper piston because you had to compress them to install new pads and the piston is in a different spot in the bore now.
It would be a problem in the right side because its pulling to the left which means that one is working fine and the right side isnt.
How new is your brake fluid? It may have gotten moisture in it and corroded the bore a little.
