What to do about 'OLD' style clutch on 69 (archive)

The clutch on my 69 2002 went out. Got it apart and it apparently has some super old clutch style that hasn't been available in 20+ years. Apparently it has to do with how it connects to the flywheel; the number of bolts 6 vs. 8 or something along those lines. Anyway, I've never seen anything quite like it. What is the solution to this problem? Can I upgrade it to the newer style clutch and does that require a new flywheel or what?
