On a side note, our Passat has the "average speed"
function, which always depresses me on long trips.
It seems that no matter how hard we try to maintain
a constant 70-75 MPH on I5 from SF down to LA, our
average speed, at the end of the trip, comes out
to 40 MPH.
Now, I know this has a lot to do with those McDonalds stops and the baby feedings/diaper changes -- but it's depressing to be reminded of
that fact by the OBC through the whole trip.
