Track is measured at the centerline of the wheels. The 328i's wider wheels put the centerlines farther in, thus reducing the track. The "intuitive" track (overall footprint) is the same. --Andi

: Can anyone explain to me why the 323i's front/rear track is 58.3/58.6 while the 328i's front/rear track is 58.0/58.3. Why is there a .3" difference between the two.
