: Hi DAT,

: I read your suggestions to buy parts at the BMW Store in Cincinnati. I was wondering if you live in that are and have any personal experience with the BMW Store. I live in Cincy and when I went to the BMW Store to order my E46 323i for european delivery they were not knowlegable at all nor were they very friendly. The sales person said that he would call me back in a day or two and I have yet to hear from him. That was 3 weeks ago. The service there was not impressive at all so I went up to Dayton OH and ordered my Bimmer from Frank Z Imports. Now the question that I have is this. When you buy a car at the BMW Store you get free autowashes every saturday and they give you a loaner car when your car has to go in for service and such. Now since I bought my car up in Dayton will I get this service only from the dealer in Dayton or are these services interchangable ? Would be a pain to drive all the way up to Dayton to bring it in for service and then drive the loaner back to Cincy. Any ideas ? I hope the people in the Parts department at the BMW Store aren't as unfriendly as the sales folx.

: Marc

Marc, no, I actually live in southern Alabama and found THE BMW STORE's add in the ROUDEL. I have ordered parts several times from there and Linda McIntosh is great to deal with. You'll be happy using their service.

Hope this helps.
