Look for some nice 6x9's or anything like that. I think the speakers in my rear are 6x9 3 ways.. they sound Really good for not being anything special. They came in my 86 BMW 325es. I'm not sure if they're stock but they say BMW on them, I noticed that in the regular 325's of that year they didn't have the same ones, so maybe it's an ES option or something but they sound pretty good.

: I would like to add some more bass to my 96 E36, nothing spectacular but the catch is I don't want to give up any trunk space. Has anyone replaced the rear speakers which are 4" components with anything larger.I know JL Audio makes some direct 8" infinite baffle replacements but I am not sure of the sound since it's not a sealed enclosure. Your help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
