Tom,in hindsight, it might be a good idea to call up RaceMarque and check out their stroker kit, it's a bit cheaper but it does have a bit less torque and horsepower.The 3.5 is fantastic but the price installed totalled about $13,500 which is a bit much when you think about it for 315hp but my friend is now considering trading his M3 in since driving it. It's fantastic! I have to work on the suspension however, one of the reasons I didn't get an M car is because I like to tailor the car to suit my tastes and to be honest, when all is said and done, the price would have been what I paid for a new M3 anyway.I bought my coupe as a demo model and paid in $27000 for it so when you add the engine, it's just about what one would pay for an M car new. Let me know what you plan on doing.
