I got quoted the price for a 328 with:

Xenon
Moonroof
Sport pkg
FDRS
Metallic paint
RSRS
Destination charge

MSRP-$38305
"Invoice"-33985 (dealer supplied)

That comes out to about 13% over invoice. Just remember, invoice is *not* what the dealer pays. They have 3-5% holdback charges and large cushions built into their so-called invoice price. If your going to use invoice than get it from a reputable place (online service, books.) I suggest you do your research. Go to the library and read up on dealer tricks (leases are big money makers for dealers.) You'll save yourself lots of money. The dealer claimed he was selling them at MSRP, well I ain't paying that. Don't get me started on other reasons not to buy a first model-year car.

: I'm curious how many % MSRP is over invoice price?
