I spoke to a T+C salesperson a couple of weeks ago, and they seemed to pride themselves on good service, since they were recognizing that prices can only go so low, and therefore, the only thing that would make dealer X better than dealer Y is better service after the purchase. If their service department really is getting worse and worse, maybe you should voice your complaints to the store manager and see how they react.

As for other dealers in the area, I have no experience with them as of yet.

: Anyone from Toronto? Which BMW dealer @ Toronto has the best services?

: I used to go to T+C, but their services dept getting worse and worse... (expensive and can't get the job done right)
: Now I go to a BMW specialist for service..

: I am planning to buy a 5 Series soon... which dealers around my area has the best services?

: Downtown BMW? BMW Autohaus? or T+C ?
