I took the invoice prices (Edmunds or Kelly) of car plus options added 2000 and thats what I paid. No holdback. Of course you have to add tax and registration, but thats it

: Without knowing BMW's holdback let me just say that the dealer is not paying 2% below invoice. The invoice price includes lots of "cushions." Add in typical tricks, not to mention leasing, and the dealer probably took home 1k more than you think they did. Not bad for a couple hours of their time. I'm just pointing out that what you think is a good deal, in reality [probably] isn't. Do some research and learn how to save yourself money.
