I suggest you check over this undamaged car to make sure it is indeed undamaged. I think small nicks and scratches are fairly common during delivery/transportation to the dealer. I would put a clause in your contract saying that it is for a new and undamaged vehicle. Adjust the price according to any damage or have the dealer fix it . Once you drive the car off the lot you don't have much recourse. Don't let new car-itis affect your judgment!

: My 323i was damaged during delivery and is being held at the port. I talked with some other dealers who said this is rare but does happen. My dealer has given me a replacement that is currently on the boat. The replacement is a different exterior color, different interior color, and has no sunroof. My new 323i is now as follows:
: 323i
: Titanium silver
: Black leather
: Wood
: Manual
: Sport package
: Xenon
: Heated Seats
: HK
: CD

: Has anybody elses been damaged in delivery?
