I have the exact same problem in my 98 323is. I took it to the dealer, and they lubricated the seat (i suppose at the top, but not too sure) and it went away for a while. Yesterday, the noice came back. Augh! I get it when accelerating from a standstill. Very reproducible. Is there any relief?
