If you are looking for a high powered performance car the 323 is not it. I own a Porsched 928S with 312Hp, by comparison my 323 sport is slow; however, I have 600 miles on the BMW and I love it. My impresions of overall performance are very positive. The car is quick, nimble, and most importantly very fun to drive. I also tested the 328 and could not justify the difference in cost.
