Jon,

Make sure he (squeegie guy) uses one of them old ones that has the plastic all worn off and the metal is sharp and ready to clean your wind-shield. A little metal on your windshield will get those birdshits out real good.

As far gas brands, don't get Chevron, Mobil, Shell, Unical, or those other bogus gases. Go and fill up either K-mart or Wal-Mart gasoline stations. Better yet, get a hose and siphen gas off other cars. Why buy gas if you get it for free? If you do get the gas, do not waste your money on 91 octane either. Go for the 56 octane stuff. Much cheaper and does the same.

Oil changes are important too. Factory says every 15,000 miles. But you know these figures are somewhat overly conservative. Just change every 60,000 miles and just have your overweight uncle mechanic do it in his backyard. Don't worry about it. These new cars are just like his old Maverick as far as oil and lube. I am sure he knows what he is doing, when he is sober.

Last thing Jon, don't ever listen to anything your dealer tells you on service. They just want your money. Remember, your uncle knows best!!!
