I just ordered a 323i from Cutter. I paid $1300 over invoice (including free floor mats). Since the invoice does NOT include dealer advertising or training, that compares with $1650 over invoice at LA/Orange county dealers.

I suggest you start by using Autopedia's buying service (http://autopedia.com/html/InterQuote.html). They got me the first quote from Cutter Motors, and an intro. to the Sales Manager (John Shafer). I suggest you follow Autopedia's instructions and only talk to John. Tell Marshall (from Autopedia) and John that I recommended them both.
