Most back seat bottoms are held in place by either hooks attached to the floor pan or bolts to the floor pan (on the front bottom edge). Look around the lower forward edge of the seat bottom where it meets the carpet. If it has bolts you ought to be able to see where the carpet covers them. If not, try pushing rearward on this area (frt. lower part seat bottom). You mat feel it 'give' or move a little. If it does it may be hooked. In that case continue to push rearward and raise up at the same time to get out of the hook. There will be one on each side of the seat bottom.
If neither of these ideas work call your dealer and ask for the service dept. or parts dept and find some one who will talk to you about how to get it out. Parts guy con be very helpful if he will take the time to look up the rear seat in his parts computer cause it will show what kind of clip, bolt or other fitting is used to hold the seat in.
