Well, lets see. I was so excited the day I picked it up I pulled out into traffic and got slammed by a Chevron gas truck. $4,467 worth of body and suspension damage with only 6 miles on the odometer. Not covered by warranty. 4 weeks in the shop but it was fixed perfectly except for the small crack in the sunroof and the tailpipe rattle. Then, a few days later I washed it and left a window down by mistake. I didn't notice it for a while. The dash had to be replaced--got kinda wet. $1,756 for that bill. No warranty coverage either. They did a perfect job except the radio controls the wipers and the wipers control the radio. Some kinda wiring thing they have to re-do. Then I tried to change the oil myself at 2,500 miles so the inside of my engine stays nice and clean. Well, I forgot to tighten the oil filter all the way and there was a lot of smoke before I noticed something was wrong. They said the new engine will not be covered by warranty Jeez-what the heck is a warranty for anyway? That's gonna be approximately $6,489.32 to fix The car is still in shop for the new engine. So other than that, it's been a really great car.

Happy holidays to all,
Mory Ronn
