Cool pics. How did you take the one of the spedometer when the picture shows both of your hands on the wheel? I'm guessing you had someone hold the camera in front of your face? At 90 mph I'll bet that was fun....
: Just got back from Euro Delivery. Great Experience with my 323i Sport. The 16" Dunlap ZR-rated tires with Traction Control did great in unplowed, unsanded roads. Did 6 countries in Five days, 1,079 miles total. This is my first BMW.
: Build quality is excellent. Not a single problem or rattle.
: Quality of interior with wood is much nicer than E36 or Audi A4. Sport seats are the best in the business. Very comfortable with zero fatigue. Wood Shifter is very nice and makes shifting more precise than leather covered shifter. Wasn't very impressed with Xenon, but I would still get them at $500. Sand Leatherette looked very good. Engine is very powerful and loves to rev. I imagine it will only get better following break-in. Sport wheels look better in person and I plan to keep them. Hard to explain, but I like the fact that when you ease off the gas, the car doesn't immediately go from acceleration to engine breaking like in my Civic. Multi-function steering wheel is very cool. You can drive on the autobahn all day just with the steering wheel and the +/- cruise buttons. Ride is very comfortable and well controlled. Night backlighting is great, better than Lexus or Audi.
: Steering in Sport Package is still not as precise as the Manual Steering in my Honda Civic (I'm not kidding). I guess nothing beats manual steering, that's why race cars have them. Clutch kinda binary, but I think all sport clutches are that way. I'm not in danger of stalling or anything, but it takes some concentration and getting use to.
