The European Delivery program is offered by BMW of North America and therefore the cars are U.S. spec. cars, NOT European versions. Basically it is the same car that you can order from your local dealership and wait for it to arrive, except in this case you have the option of picking it up and driving it in Europe, and then have it sent to your dealership. Because the car is made at the factory to U.S. specs. you DON'T have to do ANY modifications to it once it arrives here. The Euro Delivery price also includes one month of European insureance (can be extended), tourist auto registration and license, shipping to U.S., and U.S. Customs duty, so you don't pay any exrta money. You can find more information on the European Delivery Program as well as pricing at the following website: Hope this helps.
