It all depends on what kind of car you're looking to get. Both are entry-level luxury, but I think they target two different kinds of carbuyers. The Acura is more for luxury oriented buyers, like those who'd consider a Lexus ES. The BMW is definitely for the sport oriented driver. The Acura does come with a lot of stuff for pretty much nothing, but then again, peel back all that luxo poundage, and you're left with an Accord. That's how Acura can sell it so cheap. I say, drive both and see which one fits you better. I'd personally go with a 328, but I can totally see the temptation of a fully loaded Acura with a navigation system for less than what people are paying for a 323.
