it took about 45 minutes...I started with the interior first, then the incline sensor in the back and then to the siren in the engine compartment.
I spent about 10 minutes on the first two items and then the rest on the siren.

The instructions for the siren part is pretty confusing. They actually used the same drawing for two slightly different tasks. I am talking about the second set of Torx Screew that are loosened. By the way, you don't have to loosen them all the way, they will stay snug with the plastic pieces.

Anyway, after figuring out which two bolts needs to be loosened it was a piece of cake after that.

Now I just need my dealer to program them...
