Actually, if the 1.8t didn't have the tunability it would have made the 2.8 30v the only option {at Audi anyway}. Still the new 3 series is beautiful and its new so i willn't have to worry about the body style changing on me within a few years {ala a4}. I guess my point is that if you get a 1.8t it is very reasonable to chip and have performace better than the 2.8L, so i wouldn't really feel like i got cheated by buying the most inexpensive model option. I tring to make sure that the 323i wouldn't leave me saying gee i wish i could have held for the 328i. capeesh (sp)

: If the car you are pretty set on is an Audi A4 1.8 Turbo, then how on earth could you be bummed out by getting the 323i with a 2.5l engine that is more powerful than the 1.8l found in the Audi in the first place? As opposed to getting the 328i which is even more powerful than both 323i and Audi A4?

: Just confused.
