Wish I could, but unfortunantely my commute to work is 100 miles each way, so that's 1000 miles a week!

Hopefully my mortgage application will be approved today and in a few weeks I can move into my new house which will cut the commute down to about 70 miles each way.

So why will I need the warranty work down the road? is there something I should know? :)

I'm hoping that this thing will be pretty reliable/trouble free for atleast 200k miles.

I've heard of many people with BMW Inline 6's that has ran trouble free for over 300k miles.

all of my driving is on the highway (75 to 85mph) so I think (hope?) the engine/drivetrain/car will last :)

: I hope you slow down and cut back on your driving before your warranty expires in a year or so! I have to say that I myself drove 2,000 miles the first month and now have slowed down to about 1500 miles a month, based on my calculations of how much I drove last couple of weeks.

: As hard as it is, you may want to drive your gorgeous 323i just a little less now! That warranty could come in handy in a few years you know. :-)

: Congrats on your car buddy. Enjoy.
