but the dealer has to be sure he will sell all of his alottment for that year. Let's look at an example:
Let's say a dealer is allocated 100 E46s for the year.
Situation A: Dealer sells 50 that he is allocated and 50 on Euro delivery
Situation B: dealer sells all 100 he is allocated and no Euro delivery cars.
Sitaution C: dealer sells all 100 he is allocated and 50 Eurp delivery cars
In the first 2 situations he sold 100 cars, but BMW looks more favorable on situation B. In situation A, the dealer probably will get less cars allocated to him for the next year. Situation B he should get the same number. Situation C he MIGHT get more.
I also understand that Euro delivery cars come out of a pool for the entire nation (there is a set number of Euro delivery cars available).
Like I said, this is the way I understand it, it might not be 100% correct. I am sure Rodrick will correct any errors. :)
