The next thing you do is pull out your notebook, and ask for the person's name (ask to spell it, twice) and position, then ask fleet manager's name (also with spelling) and sales manager's name (don't forget to ask to spell it, too). Then ask if they have BMW NA phone number. Than just walk away. Be polite and try not to lose your temper.
: When you get back home, call BMW NA and report that the dealer did not welcome you and was not helpful. Explain that the this is the closest to you dealer in the area, and contacting differnt dealer is very involved for you. Mention how helpful Audi dealership was. Ask them to contact the dealer so the dealer than can contact you to set up an appointment at your earlest convinience.
