BMWs numbers are conservative. When the M roadster cmae out they listed 0-60 as 5.5, when the US car mags got ahold of it it dropped to 5.2 which is the number BMW now uses. My guess is that the Euro numbers are the conservative BMW numbers while the US numbers are actual tested numbers
