I just did my install the other say. By no means am I all that handy with tools but I'm not by any means that bad either.
The kit consists of an alarm siren, elevation sensor, and motion detector for the interior.
The tools you ned are a torx screwdriver thing (30)and a wrench (metric can't recall what size though)
First install the siren under the hood. Then the elevation sensor goes in the trunk. Thirdly and from what I heard the potentially most difficult is installing the interior sensor. In the rear area of a car on the ceiling is a housing for the sensor. After manhandling it off there should be a plug taped to the roof which you plug into the sensor. I have heard from some people that this plug has wandered off from the proper place and is somewhere under the ceiling. You need to get a clothes hanger and dig for it then. Otherwise its a really easy procedure and saves a ton on labor costs. (For me about $200). Takes about an hour at most. If you have any questions e-mail me!
: How hard is it to install. What should I look out for.
