IBus is just the interface with the CD-changer and should not affect the ability to replace the amp. You should be able to use aftermarket amps with the high level output of the head unit (see my other post below about a/d/s/).

Another option I forgot to mention in my other post is that if you absolutely have to use low level signals as the input to an aftermarket amp, you could get a reputable stereo repair shop to open up your original head unit and tap onto the low level signal inside the unit and solder 4 RCA type output wires on it. You could then use this to plug into the low level input of the aftermarket amp.
