I don't want to go into a diatribe on why each person should be allowed their own opinion on a car....

But an observation on some of the resulting talk due to opinions on these cars:

People talk about quality of cars based on speed too often. The whole idea of 'yeah, when I see them in my rear view mirror after 1/4 mile' we'll see who's laughing' is fairly tiresome. I pray that it's said in jest, but I doubt it.

Now granted, these are sports sedans, but they AREN'T Ferrari's. Bragging about 7 seconds vs. 8 in 0-60 is like bragging about one SUV's lateral G's vs. another.

No, I'm not a speed freak. Yes, you have a right to take pride in your car. Yes, I am sure that Festiva owners post on how their cars would light up a Vespa at a stop light and that it's all relative. No, I would bother looking at responses to this post, so yes you can falme until your PS/2 ports overheat.
