I agree with all of you guys. I have an Integra (not GSR) and I am getting a 323 (just ordered this AM). Idrove both on the same day (the GSR and 323 a4 and 328 too). There is no comparison bet gsr and 323 or 328. They are different breed. Bmw feels more solid. The integra is excessively noisy so I guess the change is difficult if you drive by the sound and pull - it is inevitable on an integra. Driving integra feels more like a motorbike....
The sound system - NO QUESTION about that the BMW base is 100 times better than GSR.

Still integra is a good value for the money.
