: Anybody knows who pays for warranty work? BMWNA (US national), the local dealer, or is there some cost sharing?

: If it were BMWNA then shouldn't the dealer be more gracious in handling repair/replacement work that one claims? For example, my 328's spare had a scratched rim. I only noticed after I bought my car. Now the dealer has refused to answer to having it fixed or replaced. BTW the dealer is in Honolulu. Any suggestions?
